I have been a therapist since 2004 in a few different states.  In September of 2018 I moved to Boca Raton FL from Las Vegas, NV to be closer to my family.

My educational background is in biology and psychology as well as where those two disciplines meet. I spent some time working in medical research in psychoneuroimmunology. This interest eventually led me to my transition from research to the hands-on approach. I studied at Edgar Cayce's School of Massage Therapy in Virginia Beach, graduating in 2005.  From 2006-2012 I worked mainly with athletes and runners in the DC area, I developed my skills at Tri Therapeutic Massage, going out on my own in 2010 as Sanctuary's Awakening. 

In 2012 I moved to Las Vegas, NV and there I developed my skills in Lymphatic Drainage (Chikly method) working mainly with post-operative patients (cosmetic and post trauma and injury). I also developed a new technique combining fascia release along meridians and Acupressure.
